Lake LBJ Houses and Residential Living

Lake Living has never been better from the City of Austin, Texas than it is now. The Lake Living Project at The University of Texas at Austin is an experiment in urban living. Along with creating new living spaces, it is doing so in an environmentally sound manner while enabling pupils and staff the freedom of living.

It's found on the south campus and boundaries Lake Travis. It was constructed for pupils with a goal of making the experience of residing in a college community more comfortable and environmentally friendly. The main aim was to decrease the number of trees cut down to make space for the building. The effort has repaid.

The master plan was meant to create a safe, livable community with living. If we look at the development in the air, it really does not resemble a college campus in any way Lake LBJ Lake Houses. There are more mature trees and green landscaping than I've ever seen in a traditional college setting. Not merely are you currently lakeside living spaces, but there are lake front views that extend into the surrounding neighborhood. It is quite a community of living, not just a college.

It is also designed with the climate in your mind. When you come here in the north, you will notice that the buildings have been constructed up, providing plenty of colour and comfort. The sky is a great canvas of stars and constellations. Together with the roof, it's turned into one of the most gorgeous areas to be in all of Austin.

In spite of this renewable forest communities, there is no doubt that these residences offer the best of the Lake Living encounter. There are numerous designs which vary from two-story houses to cottages, such as single and three bedroom options. It also includes both loft and studio styles which will accommodate everybody's needs and lifestyle.

Students may pick from many unique options, including traditional to contemporary and everything in between. Old world charm meets cutting edge fashion. And the space is meant to feel much larger than it actually is.

It had been quite a jolt when I saw the new additions on the south side of Lake Travis. But after a brief while, I was hooked. There is not a bad neighborhood in all Austin. It is an eclectic combination of amenities and wonderful places to reside.

The access roads are well maintained and the neighborhood area is very safe. In the evenings and weekends, there is always someone walking their dog or bird watching. Really the greatest place to live.
